What is a Premier SIPP?
The Premier SIPP is a personal pension for individuals who are employed or self-employed. SIPPs are used as a pension planning vehicle by individuals who want to diversify their investments outside of the restricted fund range offered by a traditional personal pension. The Premier SIPP will differ from a conventional pension plan as it will give the member more control and flexibility.
The Premier SIPP is a full SIPP and can invest in simple investments such as Discretionary Fund Management (DFM) services and share portfolios to more complex investments such as commercial properties, land, and third party loans. Every investment is subject to our due diligence process.
Members of the Premier SIPP can choose between either our *Premier Single SIPP or *Premier Full SIPP, offering a tailored solution for your pension needs. JLT Premier Pensions can also offer Group Syndicated Property SIPP solutions.
Premier Single SIPP
JLT Premier Pensions offers preferred rates to all Premier SIPPs with one approved investment in addition to the SIPP bank account.
Premier Full SIPP
JLT Premier Pensions Premier Full SIPP offers a bespoke SIPP, tailored to the individual’s requirements. It offers flexibility (subject to our investment mandate) and includes the ability to purchase property and complete complex transactions such as unlisted share purchases and group property purchases.
Under the Premier SIPP members can take benefits via Flexi-Access Drawdown, Uncrystallised Funds Pension Lump Sum (UFPLS) or an annuity on the open market. JLT Premier Pensions facilitate all income payment through their dedicated payroll department.
Each SIPP is looked after by a member of our client services team. All members and Financial Advisers are given an individual who they can contact directly and will service their SIPP. We have property, new business and income benefits expertise to assist you.
