JLT EB opens Customer Support Centre in Edinburgh

New jobs created at JLT Employee Benefits' Edinburgh office

JLT Employee Benefits (JLT) is opening a new Customer Support Centre based in its Scottish head office in Edinburgh. This will complement its existing Customer Support Centre in Orpington, helping JLT deliver telephone, email and online support to its pension scheme members across the UK. The new Centre is due to become operational in Q3, 2014. 

Significant investment in this initiative will allow JLT to create a state-of-the-art facility that will allow it to support clients using its BenPal Trust online platform for occupational pension schemes from the two sites. An initial recruitment phase in 2014 will see 17 new jobs created, with further expansion planned for 2015 in line with the growth of the business.
